Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing communications, product positioning, and demand-generation initiatives for our key pharmaceutical brands.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing brand relationships, developing a comprehensive knowledge base for assigned products, and delivering essential product training to our field force. This is a leadership position designed for a pharmacist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, and field-force development.
The ideal candidate is commercially astute, analytical, creative, and capable of driving significant results with minimal supervision, contributing to our market leadership and growth.

Qualifications
- B. Pharm or PharmD (mandatory)

- Not less than 15 years industry/sales/marketing experience
- Strong understanding of ethical pharmaceutical marketing in Nigeria
- Demonstrable experience managing pharmaceutical brands and supporting field-force performance
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and result orientation
- Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria when required
