Job Description

We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Operations/Admin Coordinator to support daily production and administrative activities in our fast-paced bakery environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production workflows, monitoring orders and delivery schedules, and tracking inventory. You will also supervise staff attendance, follow up with dispatch riders and suppliers, and prepare daily operational reports, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and cleanliness standards.

  • Reliable, responsible, and proactive
