Job Description
UniVirtual Inc. is seeking a skilled Studio Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for orchestrating the delivery of innovative interactive learning experiences within immersive 3D environments.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless collaboration between software development, art, design, and quality assurance teams. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining and optimizing Jira workflows to enhance delivery processes and provide clear visibility into project progress, milestones, and potential blockers.
This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks, improving structures without adding unnecessary bureaucracy, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality virtual learning modules. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and contribute significantly to UniVirtual's mission of revolutionizing education and training.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Track and drive progress across multiple active projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate work across software development, art/design, QA, and leadership.
- Maintain and improve Jira workflows, processes, and automation to support delivery.
- Ensure tasks, milestones, dependencies, and blockers are visible and actively managed.
- Support the team through iterative review, feedback, testing, and polishing cycles.
- Identify project risks, delivery issues, and process gaps early, and help keep work on track.
- Improve project structure and follow-through without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Provide clear status updates and delivery visibility to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing projects for a cross-functional production team.
- Strong Jira experience.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Experience coordinating art/design workflows alongside development.
- Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Experience coordinating QA/testing and review cycles.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Must be located between UTC-5 and UTC+3.
