Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Personnel to join our team at CashBox in Victoria Island, Lagos.

This hybrid role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the company, with a focus on resolving escalated complaints and managing payment processing.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with the team to maintain operational efficiency, handle customer complaints escalated from the customer service department, and manage various payment-related activities, including processing and refunds. A strong understanding of basic financial practices and exceptional computer literacy are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to ensure the company's processes run smoothly and efficiently daily.
  • Handle Complaints Resolution & Payment Processing.
  • Resolve complaints escalated by the customer service department.
  • Handle payments including processing, refunds etc.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a structured firm or company.
  • Very fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of basic financial practices.
  • Must be very computer literate and tech-savvy
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and to adapt to change.
