Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively close sales from inbound leads received via WhatsApp, calls, and social media platforms.
  • Consistently convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Proactively follow up on leads, pending orders, and engage with repeat customers to foster loyalty.
  • Strategically upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Possess proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Closer, or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Exhibit a highly results-driven mindset with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Show a strong ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is considered an added advantage.
