Job Description

Mwanga is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our brand's online presence. This role is crucial for driving engagement and sales for our premium lifestyle and fragrance products.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive social media strategies, creating compelling content such as Reels and carousels, and managing paid advertising campaigns across key platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Protect brand reputation through proactive sentiment monitoring and professional crisis management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Social Media Manager/Content Creator with a strong portfolio of campaigns and video work.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) and major platforms including IG, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling, basic photography/videography, and an analytical mindset to interpret data trends.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced "lifestyle brand" environment.
