Job Description

We are expanding our engineering capabilities and are looking for talented Software Engineers specializing in Android development to join our dynamic mobile team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the core engineering efforts of a rapidly growing fintech company poised for significant future expansion. Key Responsibilities

Create, develop, and test new features across the entire SDLC
Maintain high-quality standards across all areas, including code quality
Share knowledge and mentor junior developers

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in Android native development.
4+ years coding in Kotlin/Java
2+ years experience in pair programming, TDD, code reviews
2+ years Unit Tests, Instrumented Tests, and End to End Tests
Ability to create clean, efficient and high-quality code
Familiarity with multi-module apps
Comfortable with Clean architecture and using Coroutines (or RxJava)
Driven by impact
Great team player & communicator, who at the same time can also work autonomously
Proactive and hard-working - "Get it done" attitude
Will to over-reach objectives
