Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager/Administrative Officer to join our team on Lagos Island.
This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to ensure the seamless operation of our studio and business activities, providing essential administrative and operational support.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating client bookings and events, and maintaining a professional, organized environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented approach.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and studio activities
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and basic supervision
- Coordinate client bookings, bridal projects, trainings, and events
- Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, and clients
- Manage office administration and record keeping
- Track bookings, invoices, payments, and basic financial records
- Prepare simple reports and updates for management
- Handle emails, calls, WhatsApp Business, and client correspondence professionally
- Manage bridal schedules, classes, masterclasses, photoshoots, and events
- Ensure on-site presence for studio work, events, and client engagements when required
Qualifications
- BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 4–5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
- Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, or creative industry is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Canva, and scheduling/invoicing tools
- Good understanding of the beauty and makeup industry
- Well-spoken, confident, and professionally presentable
- Calm, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet with sensitive business information
- Availability for flexible work hours including weekends when necessary
- Experience managing teams or studio environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of CapCut, basic content coordination, or social media management is an advantage
- Interest in beauty, fashion, or luxury service brands is an advantage
