Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Team Lead, General Services to oversee and manage all Immigration and allied services, facility, and support service operations within our Lekki office.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery across Immigration management, vendor coordination, logistics, and workplace operations, while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to maintain a functional and productive work environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all general services functions including Immigration and Expatriate, facility management, office administration, and logistics.
- Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service level compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor budgets and control costs related to general services and facility operations.
- Coordinate office space management, utilities, and asset maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and supervise the general services team to deliver high performance.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Provide regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in general services, facility management, or administrative operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
