Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our thriving wellness and fitness company. This full-time position is based in the vibrant Lekki Phase 1 area of Lagos.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing staff effectively, driving performance metrics, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations without constant supervision. Your leadership will be key to maintaining our high standards and fostering a productive work environment.

- Manage staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline
- Maintain daily structure and operational efficiency
- Prepare and submit structured reports regularly

- Contribute to marketing efforts and team motivation strategies
- Oversee facility management aspects
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manager, preferably in a store or spa setting
- Confident and commanding personality with a strong presence
- Firm, bold, and decisive leadership style
- Excellent report writing skills (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and numerical analysis
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or health-related environments
- Good understanding of marketing principles and team motivation techniques
- Highly presentable and punctual
- Ability to commute to Lekki Phase 1 daily without excuses
- A degree is required; an Accounting degree is an advantage
- Facility management experience is essential
