Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Support task tracking and follow-ups on key projects
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Zoom, Slack, Calendly
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate logistics effectively
