Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our rice mill, ensuring optimal efficiency and product quality.

In this key role, you will directly supervise all aspects of rice milling, parboiling, drying, and packaging processes. Your primary focus will be on maintaining machine efficiency, achieving high-quality output, and minimizing operational downtime.

You will be responsible for coordinating production schedules and effectively allocating labor resources. Furthermore, you will monitor plant equipment performance, liaising closely with the maintenance team for timely repairs and upkeep. Enforcing stringent safety, hygiene, and quality control standards across the plant is paramount.

Supervise daily rice milling, parboiling, drying, and packaging operations.

Qualifications

B. Sc./HND in Engineering, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
Minimum 3–6 years experience as a plant or production supervisor (rice mill preferred).
Strong knowledge of rice milling equipment (Satake, Buhler, or similar).
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
