We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Format & Template Product Management Lead to define, build, and scale our extensive ad format and creative template ecosystem. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Product, Innovation, Creative Services, and Account Management, driving the creation and deployment of high-performing, responsive ad experiences for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on format and template product management, including concept development, specifications, product marketing, and user guides.
  • Define and build scalable, high-performing ad formats across display, native, and CTV environments.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to successfully launch templates, specifications, and features.
  • Enhance usability and workflow efficiency for advertisers and publishers creating responsive ads.
  • Ensure templates are flexible, customizable, and compliant with industry standards and platforms.
  • Drive innovation in dynamic, data-driven creative and modular design systems.
  • Develop agentic solutions for text direction setup and execution, streamlining automated production processes for faster, more efficient ad creation at scale.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on building HTML5 interactive and animated ads.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Advertising industry, possessing a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (display, native, CTV, programmatic).
  • 1+ years of hands-on ad production and development experience with backend applications, services, databases, and data systems from AWS (Redshift), Google Cloud, MongoDB, SQL.
  • Proven strong product management expertise, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
  • Experience with creative tooling, design systems, or template-based product environments.
  • Excellent specification and presentation skills, with demonstrable ability in number presentation.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong consistency and attention to detail.
  • Experience developing JavaScript architectures that promote reuse, readability, and best-practice coding standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual, global team environment.
  • Interest in joining a small founder team.
