Job Description

TeeApparel is seeking a skilled Production Assistant to join our esteemed team, contributing to the creation of high-quality men's bespoke and luxury fashion items.

This role is essential for maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and design, ensuring that every garment meets our rigorous standards.

You will be involved in various stages of the production process, from assisting with tailoring to overseeing quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production of men's bespoke and luxury fashion garments.
Support made-to-measure tailoring processes.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout production.
Interpret sketches and technical drawings for garment creation.
Manage fabric selection and preparation.
Assist with pattern making and garment construction.
Contribute to maintaining high standards of finishing.
Potentially train and supervise tailors and production teams.
Support inventory management and fabric sourcing activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a men's bespoke or luxury fashion brand.
Strong understanding of made-to-measure tailoring principles.
Proficiency in sketch interpretation.
Knowledge of fabric selection, garment construction, and quality control.
Experience with pattern making and tailoring techniques is required.
Familiarity with finishing processes.
Background in inventory management, fabric sourcing, and vendor relations is beneficial.
Ability to train and supervise production teams is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
Preference for candidates residing close to Ikate/Lekki.
