Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Plant Supervisor to lead our daily operations at a dynamic Rice Mill and Agro-Processing Company in Kano.

In this role, you will supervise the entire rice milling process, including parboiling, drying, and packaging. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring optimal machine efficiency, maintaining high-quality output, and minimizing operational downtime. You will coordinate production schedules, manage labor allocation, and oversee plant equipment, liaising with the maintenance team for necessary repairs. Crucially, you will enforce stringent safety, hygiene, and quality control standards, and prepare daily production and inventory reports.

Strong knowledge of rice milling equipment (Satake, Buhler, or similar).
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
