Job Description
Ayoola Foods Limited is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to oversee and enhance our product quality standards. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and safety of our food products.
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Train and supervise quality control staff.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality.
Qualifications
- HND / BSC / MSc. Degree in Science Laboratory Technology, Food Science Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar position as a Quality Control Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated experience in food companies specializing in flour products is preferred.
- Not more than 45 years old.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
