Job Description
Echolab Radiology and Laboratory Services is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join their team in Lagos.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, patient registration, and providing essential information.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient reception and ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle patient registration and verification processes accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
- Provide information to patients regarding services and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Handle inquiries via phone and in-person professionally.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
Qualifications
- BSc. in Health Management, Basic Sciences, or any relevant course.
- Experience in the Diagnostics Industry is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Ability to connect with and manage diverse patient needs.
- Consistently completes duties neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Must reside around Festac.
