Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Provide basic information to clients and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • 1 - 2 years proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Female preferred for gender balance.
