Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our media production company.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and converting them into loyal clients. You will manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups to close deals.
Your expertise will be crucial in building relationships within our existing community and audience, ultimately contributing to meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for video production services, courses, and products
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, messages, and outreach
- Follow up with all inquiries for courses, programs, and services
- Convert leads into paying clients across all offerings
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects until deals are closed
- Manage and update leads pipeline (track prospects, follow-ups, and conversions)
- Build relationships within existing community and audience to drive sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration or any other related field
- 5 years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Sales of Online training and courses is an added advantage
- Previous experience with a Media and Production company is an added advantage
