Job Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is actively seeking a skilled and meticulous Site Engineer to spearhead and oversee all construction site activities. This crucial role demands a professional who can ensure projects are executed with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and adherence to all design specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

You will be responsible for supervising daily construction operations, coordinating effectively with a diverse range of contractors and subcontractors, and meticulously monitoring site progress, quality, and safety compliance. Your ability to swiftly resolve technical challenges and provide prompt solutions will be key to preventing project delays. This position also involves preparing comprehensive site reports, maintaining essential documentation, and supporting the implementation of robust health, safety, and environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is done according to approved plans and specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with safety regulations and site management protocols.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is an advantage.
