Job Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to lead and oversee all contract-related activities for its significant projects. This role is crucial for ensuring strict adherence to contract terms, skillfully negotiating amendments, and proactively mitigating contractual risks to guarantee successful project delivery.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from preparation and negotiation through to administration. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all contractual agreements align with legal requirements and company policies, as well as meticulously reviewing and interpreting contract documents to identify potential risks and defined responsibilities.

You will collaborate closely with project teams to effectively resolve any contractual issues or disputes that may arise. Furthermore, you will monitor contract performance, track deadlines, manage claims, and oversee variations. The role also involves developing and implementing best practices in contract management and providing essential guidance and training to project teams on all contractual matters.

Maintaining accurate records and comprehensive documentation related to all contracts is a key aspect of this position. You will also support the procurement process by contributing valuable input on contract terms and conditions, and work in tandem with legal and finance departments to effectively mitigate risks and ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead a team and perform effectively under pressure.
