Asia Prime Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead their projects in the UAE.
This senior role is responsible for the overall management and successful execution of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will oversee all site operations, manage project teams, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and directing construction activities, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage site teams, including foremen, supervisors, and tradespeople.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
