Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all site activities during the post-contract phase.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Oversee the execution of interior, fit-out, and architectural works.
- Resolve site-specific issues and challenges promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management).
- 7–8 years of experience in post-contract site coordination.
- Proven experience within the interiors, fit-out, or architecture industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
