Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Associate Engineer to join the AMAAD Office Services Division within the Office Services Department. This division is instrumental in overseeing the leasing and operational management of office spaces at AMAAD, supporting over 5,000 users.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring 24/7 operational efficiency of office facilities through diligent inspections and maintenance coordination. You will manage logistics, including material reception and checking, and provide crucial support for project logistics during scheduled shutdowns.

The role also involves overseeing janitorial and parking management, acting as the first response team during emergencies, and coordinating essential services such as air conditioning, underground infrastructure, fire systems, elevators, and electrical systems. You will collaborate with various departments to rectify quality safety inspection findings and implement projects aimed at enhancing operational performance.

As an Associate Engineer, you will assist in engineering analysis, development, design, coordination, and control of assigned projects. This position requires a strong grasp of engineering principles within your specialty, alongside a working knowledge of related engineering fields and applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a major in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of five years of experience in operation maintenance and engineering activities, including analysis, development, design, coordination, and project control
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the candidate’s engineering specialty
  • Working knowledge of related engineering disciplines
  • Ability to apply applicable codes and standards effectively
