Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist - Operational Readiness to play a key role in ensuring that our venues and facilities are fully prepared for launch and ongoing operations.

You will work closely with various departments to assess operational readiness, identify potential risks, and implement strategies that promote smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support operational readiness activities across all project phases.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks prior to launch.
  • Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for operational teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and report on progress.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes.
  • Maintain documentation and communication regarding readiness status and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or related operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects is advantageous.
