Job Description

AD LPG is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic Operations Team Lead to drive efficiency and excellence in their growing distribution network.

This role is critical for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless customer service, and managing key aspects of the supply chain. You will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to reliability and innovation in LPG delivery across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee customer service and ensure on-time deliveries
Resolve escalations and monitor CRM for order accuracy
Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination
Liaise with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle maintenance and route efficiency
Plan and manage staff to ensure uninterrupted operations
Oversee accounts, cash reconciliation, expenses, and receivables

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in logistics, FMCG distribution, or field service operations
Experience managing multi-function teams of 20+ employees
Experience in inventory management, procurement, fleet coordination, and HR liaison
Proficiency in basic accounting and MS Office
Proficiency in CRM / business tools
Excellent communication skills in English
Valid UAE driving licence preferred
