Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Gross Profit P&L performance against budget and provide actionable recommendations.
• Optimize GP2 by managing seller/customer passthrough and adapting commission structures.
• Reconcile marketing contributions and ensure accurate booking of all revenue streams.
• Collect, clean, and analyze raw data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Manage master data integrity and ensure data quality.
• Create compelling reports and presentations to influence business decisions.
• Develop and accelerate adoption of Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Design action plans for Key Account Managers and ensure seller subscription to visibility services.
• Manage inventory through POs and COs to ensure optimal assortment and healthy stock levels.
• Ensure online visibility and proper merchandising for warehouse products.
• Coordinate repricing strategies for slow-moving items and performance steering actions.
• Partner with internal teams to implement data-driven solutions and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with management on project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Continuously improve analytics processes for enhanced profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MSc is a plus).
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, e-commerce, investment banking, audit, or as a data/business analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and other analytics software.
• Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to recognize patterns and trends in large datasets.
• Extremely structured, analytical, and organized with strong mathematical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
• Strong risk assessment abilities and experience developing data-driven business strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Passion for e-commerce and its transformative economic impact.
• Resilient, autonomous, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
