Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create engaging content including photos, reels, short-form videos, stories, and ads.
- Edit high-quality videos for property tours, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and analyze weekly content calendars.
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth.
- Develop creative marketing ideas to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and real estate teams for on-site shoots and promotions.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and video editing.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Visme, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, effective captions, audios, and hashtags.
- Photography and videography skills are considered an added advantage.
- Must be creative, reliable, and result-driven.
- Must reside in Lagos.
