Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential buyers for available apartment units.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to property tours, negotiations, and closing.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, pricing trends, and competitive offerings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver compelling presentations, property walkthroughs, and product explanations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate property documentation and smooth closing processes.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, activity updates, and forecasts.
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold the highest standards of service and integrity.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within real estate, banking, or other structured industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and match them to suitable property offerings.
- Confidence in managing property tours, client meetings, and presentations.
- A self-starter mindset with strong initiative and accountability.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and digital communication.
