Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years’ digital/social media marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands with portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of content creation and management on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram, TikTok etc. for B2C brands.
  • Experience with social media content creation tools like Canva, Inshot, etc.
  • Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging content with different medium – graphics, videos, Reels etc.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Sales-driven, results-oriented, and target-driven attitude.
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
