Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies within the upstream oil & gas sector.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, from identification to submission.
- Prepare and present high-quality commercial proposals.
- Lead and conduct contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Drive revenue growth and expand the company's market share.
- Engage with IOCs, NOCs, and other upstream operators.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of business development experience specifically within the upstream oil & gas sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing tenders and commercial proposals.
- Proven success in contract negotiations.
- Strong track record of client relationship management and revenue growth.
- Exposure to working with IOCs, NOCs, and upstream operators.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory business development role.
