Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
- Promote the employer brand of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Glocient Hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for the hospitality or service industry.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
