Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
Promote the employer brand of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Glocient Hospitality.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for the hospitality or service industry.
Deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws and employment regulations.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
