We are seeking a skilled Tender Specialist to join our Business Development team in Lagos.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting competitive bids and tenders to secure new contracts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities
- Review tender documents and understand requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments for bid inputs
- Prepare and compile high-quality technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of bids
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3–7 years’ experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract documentation
- Excellent writing, editing, and document management skills
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
