Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to spearhead the design documentation for the MarketEdge CRM platform. This pivotal role will ensure a seamless transition from product vision to development execution by creating comprehensive wireframes, detailed design specifications, and interaction documentation. You will be instrumental in crafting pixel-perfect interfaces, developing a robust design system based on Ant Design, and producing the definitive documentation that guides our Frontend and Full Stack developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for all CRM interfaces, including user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create detailed design specifications, including functional design documents (FDDs), visual specifications, and interaction specifications, to eliminate ambiguity for developers.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive design system based on Ant Design, including a component library, design tokens, and pattern library.
  • Conduct user experience research, including stakeholder interviews, persona creation, user journey mapping, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners and developers, participating in sprint planning, presenting designs, and conducting design handoff sessions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications, preferably SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
  • Strong wireframing skills with the ability to rapidly produce low and high-fidelity wireframes.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems at scale.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first methodology.
  • Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review.
  • Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, iconography.
  • Excellent written communication for clear, unambiguous design specifications.
  • Familiarity with React component architecture and Ant Design (or similar component libraries).
  • Knowledge of CSS concepts: flexbox, grid, responsive breakpoints.
  • Experience designing CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS applications is preferred.
