We are seeking a highly skilled Principal UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing exceptional user experiences for our AI-first, personalized wellbeing products. You will lead the design process from strategy and system architecture to detailed UI and motion design, ensuring seamless integration across various industries and devices.

Your primary focus will be on creating a robust, tokenized Figma design system that aligns perfectly with FlutterFlow themes, enabling rapid product cloning. You will also craft engaging micro-interactions and animations using Rive/Lottie, and design ethical gamification loops that encourage user adherence without resorting to dark patterns. A key part of your role will involve prototyping, user testing, and ensuring WCAG 2.2 compliance, facilitating a smooth handoff to our engineering team. You will work autonomously, providing daily updates via WhatsApp and participating in weekly calls and demos, all within our collaborative Figma environment.
