Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Accountant to lead our accounting operations in Dubai.
This role is critical for overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.
You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage accounting operations independently are essential for success in this position.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulations
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate financial records and support management with financial analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Fluent in Arabic speaking, writing, and reading — mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage accounting operations independently
- UAE experience is preferred
