Azizi Developments is seeking a diligent Camp Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Camp Boss and camp residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, attendance, and inventory.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating camp activities and services.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Handle general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Ensure the camp office is organized and well-maintained.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
