Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Jeddah. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods, from receipt to dispatch.
You will be responsible for managing a team, implementing best-in-class inventory practices, and continuously optimizing warehouse processes to boost operational efficiency and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse operations, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the achievement of operational KPIs. You will also focus on maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing losses, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position involves managing the warehouse budget, controlling operational costs, and coordinating effectively with various departments such as transportation, stores, commercial, finance, and HR. You will prepare and present weekly operational reports and ensure the warehouse is prepared for peak seasons.
Compliance with food safety and storage quality standards is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily DC operations.
- Analysis and follow up on the performance of receiving, storage, picking, IR.
- Ensure achievement of operational and service KPIs.
- Control inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage and losses.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage the DC budget and control operational costs (manpower, materials, etc.).
- Coordinate with transportation, stores ops, commercial, finance, Hr.
- Prepare and present operational reports to director weekly (ops performance, inventory, etc.).
- Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
