Your responsibilities will include managing diverse client portfolios, serving as the primary client contact, and overseeing annotation teams to ensure project success and timely delivery. You will also monitor team performance, track key metrics, and proactively resolve any client or annotator concerns. Furthermore, you will be involved in training annotation teams and supervisors.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration
- Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects
- Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team
- Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization
- Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues
- Train annotation teams and supervisors
Qualifications
- Excellent Ukrainian & English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of experience in tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible
