Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account management plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Monitor client feedback and market trends to continuously improve service delivery and client retention.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior account management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing key client accounts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and account management best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
