We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Doroki.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most valuable enterprise clients, driving significant revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will develop and execute strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and tailored solutions.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, support) to ensure client needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B/Enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing key client accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
