Job Description
Mento is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction throughout their journey with Mento.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, manage client relationships, and drive program engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of client success at an innovative company.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day account management and serve as the operational point of contact for partner accounts.
- Manage ongoing requests, coordinate cross-functional responses, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure seamless communication between partners, members, and internal teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with coaching operations, product/engineering, sales, and leadership teams.
- Surface partner needs, resolve blockers, and improve the member experience.
- Design and execute partner-specific programs to drive engagement and prove ROI.
- Manage renewals tracking and design systems to move accounts toward positive health indicators.
- Drive engagement and utilization for partners by proactively reaching out to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain partner-facing documentation and internal operations manuals.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and collaborate with Partner Success to close expansion deals.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in customer success, account management, or client services at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships in fast-paced startup environments, including conducting calls, driving onboarding, and managing renewals.
- Strong project management skills – ability to design and execute programs from scratch.
- Comfort with data and reporting – ability to track account health metrics, build dashboards, and tell stories with data.
- Technical and tool-savvy – fluent in HubSpot, Zapier, and CRM architecture; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Bonus: Experience working with HR, L&D, or People Ops stakeholders in a B2B context.
- Bonus: Located where a majority of our partners are: SF, LA, NY.
