Job Description

We are seeking a driven Account Manager to spearhead new B2B SaaS sales within the general contractor sector. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, and delivering tailored product demonstrations. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless customer transition post-sale.

Your core responsibilities will include running full-cycle sales, managing a pipeline of general contractor prospects, and conducting product demos specifically tailored to construction workflows. You will identify client needs in estimating, scheduling, and jobsite management, prepare proposals, and negotiate contract terms.

You will also follow up on leads from marketing, events, and referrals, diligently track all activity and deal stages in the CRM, and collaborate closely with the onboarding team for smooth customer handoffs. Maintaining a strong knowledge of product features and industry trends is crucial, as is meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in an account manager or account executive role
  • Hands on experience with a B2B saas product (experience working with contractor / construction a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C-level or higher)
  • Experience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building tools
  • Ability to travel to the USA once per month for trade shows and other events
  • Ability to work full time PST
