Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Virtual Assistant.
In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day administrative and personal affairs, ensuring seamless operations and providing essential support.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing personal schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups on all activities. You will also oversee household maintenance, liaise with service providers, and manage bill payments and renewals to maintain order and efficiency.
Furthermore, you will assist with important documentation, including visa applications, passport processing, and insurance matters. Handling logistical tasks such as shopping, pickups, deliveries, and online orders will also be part of your duties, alongside curating thoughtful gifts for special occasions.
Occasional physical presence may be required for content creation during employer events. The ideal candidate must be based in Lagos and possess basic content creation skills as an added advantage.
