Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to join a dynamic medical diagnostics startup. This role is crucial for managing daily office operations and providing essential support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and manage general inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and presentable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
