Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable (AP)
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) accurately and on time
  • Perform month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Support annual audit, company tax return and FBT processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and systems
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties as and when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Oracle)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
