Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable (AP)
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) accurately and on time
- Perform month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Support annual audit, company tax return and FBT processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and systems
- Other Ad Hoc Duties as and when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
