Job Description
FleetPartners, a leader in fleet leasing and management across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a detail-oriented Settlements Officer to join their dynamic team.
In this hybrid role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely completion of all settlement activities. You will manage documentation, support the new business pipeline, and maintain high operational standards throughout the end-to-end settlement process.
Key responsibilities include reviewing delivery documents for accuracy, managing on-time settlements, preparing and submitting settlement packs to financiers, and coordinating the settlement and remittance processes. You will also be responsible for approving purchase invoices, authorizing new leases, and supporting PPSR checks.

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing delivery documents for accuracy and compliance
- Managing on-time settlements and supporting the New Business Writing pipeline
- Preparing and submitting settlement packs to financiers
- Coordinating the end-to-end Settlement and Remittance processes
- Approving purchase invoices, including COD payments
- Authorising and activating new leases
- Supporting PPSR checks and reporting
Qualifications
- An understanding of Automotive Fleet Leasing or Asset Finance within a Financial Institution
- A solid understanding of the end-to-end settlement process, ensuring compliance with regulations, legislation, and internal Business, Legal and Credit policies and guidelines
- Knowledge of PPSR fundamentals and reporting
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and consistently meet SLA and performance targets
- Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining accuracy across high-volume administrative and operational tasks
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
