Job Description

LEAP Legal Software is seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst to join their growing global team. This role is crucial for enhancing how LEAP measures, reports on, and acts upon marketing performance worldwide.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Global Marketing, regional teams, and Business Intelligence to standardize marketing metrics, refine lead lifecycle processes, and develop a unified approach to reporting and insights. This position is instrumental in building a Marketing Intelligence Hub, reducing reliance on external agencies and leveraging internal data for credible, data-driven claims.

Key responsibilities include leading the global standardization of marketing metrics, establishing unified reporting frameworks for cross-market comparisons, and owning the development of lead scoring models to improve marketing-to-sales alignment. You will also analyze website performance, translate complex data into actionable insights, and foster collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to enhance data maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global standardization of marketing metrics and reporting, ensuring consistency across all regions and teams.
  • Establish unified reporting frameworks that enable meaningful cross-market performance comparisons.
  • Own the development and optimization of lead scoring models, improving marketing-to-sales alignment and reducing premature lead handover.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are properly nurtured before being passed to sales.
  • Build and evolve a Marketing Intelligence Hub, leveraging client insights to develop marketing materials.
  • Deliver dedicated analysis of website analytics, interpreting performance trends and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Hold teams accountable for the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of reporting across campaigns and channels.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and credibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to strengthen data maturity and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, funnel reporting, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience working with lead scoring models, CRM systems, and marketing-to-sales handover processes.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive global consistency and standardisation across distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across marketing and sales functions.
  • A passion for turning data into clear, credible stories that drive action and accountability.
