This role is integral to enhancing our customer acquisition efficiency, optimizing budget allocation, and informing market expansion strategies. You will be responsible for connecting channel activities directly to user quality, conversion rates, commission revenue, and long-term customer value, transforming marketing performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for spending, scaling, pausing, or testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly marketing performance updates.
  • Maintain channel-, country-, campaign-, and audience-level dashboards.
  • Investigate anomalies and surface trends in marketing data.
  • Translate raw performance data into clear, narrative-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain attribution models to link marketing activity to revenue.
  • Analyze ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and payback by channel, country, campaign, and segment.
  • Quantify the financial impact of marketing decisions.
  • Partner with Finance to align attribution models with revenue recognition.
  • Identify growth opportunities across countries, segments, channels, and messaging.
  • Proactively monitor for and flag marketing spend anomalies.
  • Recommend budget reallocation towards higher-ROI marketing surfaces.
  • Document and track recommendations through to their adoption.
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing teams on experimentation and budget allocation.
  • Define measurement plans for new campaigns prior to launch.
  • Support landing page experimentation and conversion analysis.
  • Quantify experimental lift post-launch.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Growth Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tooling: Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and ideally lifecycle/email platforms.
  • Strong SQL and behavioral analysis skills.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution concepts.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics.
  • Excellent async written communication skills, essential for a remote-first environment.
  • Prior experience in fintech, prop trading, or D2C SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience with incrementality testing is desirable.
  • International or multi-market analytics experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with affiliate / partner attribution models is a plus.
