Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR consulting space.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Promote HR consulting services to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal HR service teams to ensure quality service delivery.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth agenda.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in HR consulting, outsourcing, or professional services.
Proven track record of meeting sales or business targets.
Professional HR qualification (CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
